How to be Involved
Legislators need to hear from those that they represent throughout the year, not just during the legislative session. We have provided resources on this page to help you to be involved.

Ways to be a citizen lobbyist include:
- Writing a letter to the editor of your local paper,
- Donating money or time to organizations, such as Centers for Independent Living, that advocate on your behalf,
- Writing to your legislators,
- And speaking out and being visible.
